The Company Cadet Staff, guided by the Naval Science Instructors, creates the goals and directs the Battalion in accomplishing those goals. The Cadet Staff is the heart and soul of our NJROTC Unit, and the extra time and effort they put in is directly reflected in every success we enjoy.

To increase efficiency within staff, Company Staff has 10 primary level positions: Commanding Officer, Executive Officer, Operations Officer, Administration Officer, Supply Officer, Public Affairs Officer, Social Officer, Weapons Officer, First Lieutenant, and Command Senior Chief.
