To join the NJROTC program, cadets must complete a few essential forms, including the Enrollment Application, Health and Medical Information Form, and Parent/Guardian Consent Form. These documents ensure we have the information needed for safety, communication, and official program enrollment. All forms are simple, straightforward, and help us get each cadet started on the right path.
It is recommended to keep a copy of all these documents, whether scanned or a physical paper copy, in case they get lost or misplaced.
