Welcome to Bulldog Company
Our goal at Bearden NJROTC is to develop responsible, patriotic citizens and physically fit servant leaders. Through our program, Cadets learn about the institutional values of leadership, discipline, teamwork, team building, humility, hard work, compassion, respect for others, unit cohesion, sacrifice, honor, integrity, commitment, resiliency, and good citizenship. These attributes reinforce character development and provide a sound foundation for helping our cadets with their transformation to become responsible young adults and effective, successful leaders of society.
The Bearden NJROTC Company is very active, and we want our Cadets to reach their max potential through positive experiences. We cannot achieve this goal without the dedicated support of our Parents, Boosters, our great Principal (Debbie Sayers), and the faculty/staff at Bearden H.S.

15 consecutive years of earning the Distinguished Unit Award; with
Honors for seven of the 15 years
Volunteered the following community, school, and unit service hours.
